Two parts. The first governs use of this website. The second sets out the standard terms we work under, which a signed engagement letter may vary.

Part one: this website

Informational only

Everything here describes services in general terms. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance and nothing forms a contract. A binding arrangement comes into existence only through a signed engagement letter or an email exchange in which scope, fee, and timeline are expressly agreed.

Accuracy and availability

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of error or always available. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, code, and marks belong to Inkinex unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to any page. You may not republish substantial parts or reproduce the design without written permission.

Part two: engagement terms

Scope

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal setting out deliverables, timeline, and fee. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Authorisation to crawl

You confirm you are authorised to permit automated crawling of the domains you name, and that doing so does not breach your agreements with a host or platform. We crawl at a conservative rate, identify our agent honestly in the user-agent string, and stop immediately on request.

We do not attempt authentication bypass, do not test for vulnerabilities, and do not access anything a well-behaved public crawler could not reach. If you want authenticated areas assessed, that is agreed separately in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us the access described in the proposal and to nominate one person able to answer technical questions. Where access is delayed, timelines move by the length of the delay.

Implementation

Unless a remediation sprint is agreed, we describe fixes and you implement them. Where we do implement, we work on a branch and do not merge our own changes. Responsibility for what reaches production remains yours.

No performance guarantee

We can verify that an agent could not previously fetch a resource and now can. We do not guarantee citation, inclusion in any model or index, ranking position, traffic, or revenue. Those outcomes depend on third-party systems nobody controls. Any figure in a report describing our own work is a measurement, not a forecast.

Fees and payment

Fees are fixed per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, half is invoiced at the start and the balance on delivery. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

Ownership

On final payment, the report and any code we wrote specifically for you transfer to you. Our crawler, check library, and internal tooling remain ours. You receive a perpetual licence to use their output.

We will not name you as a client or quote from a report without your written consent.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This survives by three years. It does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already lawfully held, or must be disclosed by law.

Cancellation

Either side may end an engagement in writing. If you cancel, you pay for work completed plus committed third-party costs. If we cancel other than for non-payment or breach, we refund fees for work not delivered.

Liability

Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We are not liable for lost profit, revenue, opportunity, or reputational harm. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. A signed engagement letter naming a different governing law prevails.

Precedence

Where a signed engagement letter conflicts with this page, the engagement letter wins.
